My recent stay had its ups and downs. I was able to celebrate a special occasion in a gorgeous suite with a lovely view, but the dining experience was a letdown and the spa facilities left much to be desired. Ultimately, while the space was visually impressive and comfortable, some aspects of the service and dining could really benefit from improvement.
